Rating: EventSpot survey finds interest high, skills lowWhilst it is painfully obvious that small businesses (SMBs) and non-profit appreciate the value of pushing content out to smartphone users, they basically lack the skills to do so. These are the findings in a new survey carried out for Constant Contact's EventSpot. It found that 81 per cent of small businesses and non-profits organisations involved in planning events expect to increase their use of mobile technology to market their events in the next year. However, there seems to be a major gap between interest levels and skill level.
