Finnish manufacturer to seek ban on new BlackBerry sales on both sides of AtlanticCanadian BlackBerry maker,RIM, has suffered a serious blow with a legal ruling that it was using Nokia's patented Wi-fi technology without permission - a judgement that could delay the roll out of its latest smartphones. In court documents revealing the results of the Swedish arbitration ruling, Nokia yesterday [28th November 2012] outlined plans to block sales of BlackBerries in the Britain, USA and Canada unless the two sides can agree on royalties. Small Businesses set to increase use of mobile technology for events in 2013

According to Constant Contact’s EventSpot surveyFindings indicate that while interest is high, skill level is lackingPress releaseNovember 12th 2012. According to a new survey from EventSpot from Constant Contact (NASDAQ: CTCT), released in celebration of Small Business Saturday, 81 per cent of small businesses and nonprofits planning events expect to increase their use of mobile technology to market their events in the next year. However, there appears to be a considerable gap in interest level versus skill level; an overwhelming 90 per cent of these planners say they would like to learn just how they can leverage mobile technology specifically for their events.
